Hayden Kho sincerely said his public apology on a media interview to Katrina Halili and to all other women who have seen in the allegedly scandal video. Hayden Kho also said that he is responsible for all that happen but he swear that have no intention to spread the scandal videos. The scandal videos was uploaded without my consent, Kho added.

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) with the supervision of Vicente De Guzman head of Anti-Fraud and Computer Crimes Division subpoenaed Dr. Eric Johnston Chua a closed friend of Kho who suspected behind the upload and spread of the scandal videos in the internet and surgeon Dr. Vicki Belo to give statement about the issue.
Hayden Kho because of the scandal video and controversy has decided to suspend his medicine practice.

in my own opinion hayden kho and katrina are both victims of this scandal. For katrina she deserve it for being a tyrant to the people helping her like belo, she already know that hayden is own by vikkie but what did she do, just because hayden said she is beautiful and she had a crush on her for a long time she run to the arms of hayden, what kind of a person she is? And according to the other scandal she know that there is camera how we can be sure that she dont know the actual sex movie, maybe she just want to have an escape because she feel ashame to herself and to the people around her who help her and in return she done what? To belo i feel pity for her she take people like katrina, to senator revilla please stop joining the issue for your own sake, just for all people know it was only for the next election. You really dont care, you just care for yourself only.
